Solanas Beach
It is situated in Solanas, 5 kms from us, direction Villasimius. It’s a big sandy beach with not very deep waters and well-equipped for tourists.
Capo Boi
You can get there only by boat but you can drive to the top of the hill where there is an ancient tower and a wonderful view over Capo Carbonara and Cavoli Island.
Cala Sa Ruxi
You can find this cove along the coastal road to Villasimius. There are no signals to get there but it is easily identifiable for its two white sandy beaches. To arrive at Cala Sa Ruxi you have to go along a path surrounded by junipers and mediterranean bushes. It is an ammaculate beach with evocative granite reefs and junipers bent in various shapes by the wind.
Campus
It is at the entrance of Villasimius, it is well-marked. It is a beach rich in vegetation with white sand and shallow waters. Well-equipped.
Spiaggia del riso
It is just outside Villasimius, near the touristic harbour, in front of Fortezza Vecchia. Park the car near the camping and walk on the right side along the rocks. The name of the beach, Rice Beach, is due to the small pebbles that look like rice grains. It is surrounded by vegetation and by flat and smooth rocks. It is a pity that the touristic buildings have diminuished the beauty and the peculiarity of this place.
Cala Caterina
It is a cove set between the green of the mediterranean bushes and the intense blue of the sea. The rocks covered by Fico degli Ottentotti, a plant that blooms in spring with wonderfull rose flowers and the small beaches make Cala Caterina an enchanting place. From Villasimius harbour follow the signal to Capo Carbonara, take the road to Cala Caterina Residence and after 200 mts you find the cove.
Porto Giunco
White sandy beach with shallow waters it is one of the most renowed beaches in Sardinia for the colour and transparency of the sea. It is very well-equipped. From Villasimius harbour drive towards Stagno di Notteri and then follow the signal to Porto Giunco. After about 800 mt, park the car and walk along a small eucalyptus grove.
Simius Beach
It is a beach situated just before arriving at Villasimius. White sandy beach with shallow waters. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Well-equipped.

Punta Molentis
It is situated at the end of Villasimius on the road to Costa Rei and it is part of The Protected Marine Area. It is a charming place, rich in mediterranean bushes, gorses, lavanders and euphorbias, surrounded by granite stones with mysterious and fascinating shapes, worked by centuries of wind and waves. There is also a small restaurant, where in summer you can eat fresh fish booking the day before. When you meet on the left side the signal to Ristorante Oleandro, take this road but turn immediately to the right and pass under a bridge and drive for 600 mt. Park and walk to the beach.
Punta Porceddu
It is part of Marine Area of Castiadas. Driving to Costa Rei it is at km 6 between Punta Molentis and Cala Pira. Park the car and walk down a 200 mts track. It is a quite beach, never crowded. The seascape is great.
Cala Pira
Castiadas. It is a beach sheltered from the wind with white/rose sand shallow waters. Driving to Costa Rei, at km 11, you will see a big stone with the signal to the beach. A spanish tower overlooks this beach.
Cala di Sinzias
Castiadas. It’s a charming beach with transparent waters. This place has been signalized by Goletta Verde as one of the less polluted beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Following the coastal road to Costa Rei you will find the signal to Cala Sinzias. Park the car and walk along a grove of pines and eucalyptus.
Cala della Marina/Marina di San Pietro
Take the coastal road to Costa Rei and follow the signals to Marina di San Pietro. It is a white/grey sandy beach surrounded by vegetation and junipes. It is a meeting point for surfers and kitesurfers.
Santa Giusta
Coarse sandy beach surrounded by cliffs. It is situated just before arriving at Costa Rei. The Scoglio di Peppino overlooks the beach, it is a flat granite rock that looks like a turtle. Shallow waters and crystal sea.
Mimose al mare
You will find the signal along the coastal road from Villasimius to Costa Rei. Surrounded by a wild nature, it offers everything a tourist would expect. Renting windsurf, canoes and boats is also possible
Spiaggia delle Ginestre
Take the coastal road to Costa Rei and follow the signals. Cream coarse sandy beach with very blue sea. It is well-equipped for boat tours, fishing and seashore games.
Sa Perda Niedda
Cream sandy beach. It is situated in the centre of Costa Rei and offers all the services a tourist would expect. It is the starting point for boat and fishing tours and scuba-diving.
Piscina Rei
It is situated in the north of Costa Rei, between Capo Ferrato and Punta Is Cappucinos. It’s a large beach with crystal waters. Well-equipped for tourism.
Iba Sa Cresia
White fine sandy beach, just outside Costa Rei. Follow the signals. There is also a small pond with low dunes, cane-brakes, mediterranean bushes. The sea is deep blue and create a strong contrast with the blinding white of the fine sand. It is the ideal place for surfers and kitesurfers.
