Torre delle Stelle lies on a hill surrounded by the sea, along the coastal road to Villasimius. There are about 1200 villas in the residence which can be reached only by dirt tracks.
Torre delle Stellei s a residential area, part of Maracalagonis and Sinnai, two towns about 30 kms away. It is a unique place where you can choose to socialize with Italian and foreign tourists or simply relax in this green oasis and enjoy the pleasant smell of the flowers and the gentle sea breeze.
The two local beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa, offer mooring for boats and rubber dinghies. Tennis courts, a football pitch, a scuba diving school and not far a hourse riding-school are also available.  Within the village there are two supermarkets, three restaurants/pizzeria and bars.
During the summer there is a vet and a pharmacy and a local doctor is also available in case of emergency. However, in low and mid-season, all the amenities close as the permanent residents of the village are very few.
Anything you need can be found in the next village at about 5/10 kms away.
