- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required on
   rooms booking.
- The deposit is refundable only for cancellation within
   30 days from arrival..
- The rooms reservation is valid from the receiving of
   deposit.
- The payment of the remaining amount must be made in
   cash when checking in.
- Check-in from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Please notify us
   arrival time to be sure we are at home.
- Check-out, the rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am
   of departure day.
- Booking must be made by phone or e-mail directly
   from the website. During high season there is a
   minimum stay of 3 days and one week  in August).
   However, contact us to check availability for shorter
   periods and special offers for particular times of the
   year.
